Warranty

RETURN POLICY:

We ask that you order carefully. Please inspect all items delivered at time of delivery and inform driver.

Returns for regular in-stock items accepted with fourteen days of receipt of purchase. Custom orders and any painted items are not returnable. Returns should be in new condition. Shipping not included. All returns or cancellations subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Customers are responsible for tracking shipments. Residential deliveries subject to surcharge. All estimates for shipping are approximate and may change.

Returns for stock items accepted within fourteen days of receipt of purchase. Custom orders and painted items are not refundable. Other items unless otherwise agreed upon must be returned in new condition.

WARRANTY:

All items must be returned within the above time in order to be warranted . Due to normal imperfections in the wood all wood items must be inspected at time of delivery and if found to be split, broken or incorrect item delivered the person responsible to accept the delivery must inform the driver or DC Ranch at that time. If any items need to be shipped or replace that fall under this warranty the purchaser is responsible for the shipping and handling of all items.
